The Payrolling/Third Party Employer Solution

Payrolling/Third Party Employer Services are for organizations that prefers to place specific employees on Dynamics' "payroll" rather than their own. In this model, Dynamic is the employer of record soley and responsible for all employer mandates, thus eliminating this expense and responsibility for the client.
This model has several applications:
- New hires can be placed on Dynamics payroll, not yours, saving you the expense of any mandated retirement or pension contribution, employee administration/on-boarding costs, employee benefit costs and more. Once you interview and select who you want to hire, we manage the on-boarding process and all required or requested background checks, verifications, tax forms and other required paperwork. Those staff members will follow similar policies you currently have in place, you will determine rate of pay, hours, duties, etc. and Dynamic will manage all payroll and benefits, tax filings and other employer related requirements.
- Current employees can be shifted either temporarily or permanently to contract status with us. We provide a premium benefit package based upon their needs.
- Part time or short term employees that would not otherwise benefit from being in the retirement system and have only a short term assignment are ideal candidates for payrolling.
- Retired Staff for those experienced staff that has retired yet want to work full or part time.
